At AutoLiftsDepot, we work with trusted carriers to deliver your equipment safely and efficiently. This page outlines our shipping options, lead times, and policies so you know exactly what to expect from the moment you place your order until it arrives.

Shipping Options

Free Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 7–21 days

Free standard shipping is available on eligible orders within the United States. This option provides a cost-effective delivery method while maintaining reliable transit times through our carrier partners.

Flat Rate Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 5–11 days

Cost: $220.00

Flat rate shipping is ideal if you prefer a faster delivery option with a clear, upfront cost. These shipments are prioritized to help reduce overall transit time.

Our primary shipping carrier is  nildashhipping.com . Standard shipping is consistently free on eligible orders and typically takes between 7–21 days for delivery, depending on your location and carrier capacity.

Freight Shipping

Many of our products are large, heavy, or require specialized handling. These items ship via freight carriers selected at our discretion to ensure safe transportation and proper handling.

Important: Freight deliveries are made curbside only. Drivers are not responsible for moving items indoors, into garages, or onto lifts. Please arrange any necessary assistance, unloading equipment, or installation support in advance of delivery.

Due to the complexity of freight logistics, occasional delays can occur. While we monitor shipments closely, freight delivery times cannot be fully guaranteed.

Lead Times

Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed as quickly as possible. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

In-stock items typically ship within 2–3 business days after processing. Backordered or special-order items may require additional time, which will be communicated when possible.

All lead times are estimates and may be impacted by carrier capacity, supply chain conditions, weather, or other external factors outside our control.

Order Confirmation

After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that your order has been received and your payment method has been pre-authorized.

If an item is unavailable or significantly backordered, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you with alternative options or an updated timeline.

If items are expected to ship within five (5) business days, your payment will be captured and the order will be released to our warehouse for fulfillment.

Order Shipment

In-stock orders generally ship within five (5) business days after payment has been processed. Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to you within approximately 24 hours.

If you have not received tracking details within six (6) business days of placing your order, please contact us at  contact@autoliftsdepot.com .

Shipping Coverage

At this time, AutoLiftsDepot ships orders only within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping or shipments to U.S. territories.

Changing Your Shipping Address

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to update the address if your order has not yet shipped.

Once an order is in transit, address changes may cause delays and may incur additional carrier fees. Any added costs resulting from an address change are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Times & Responsibilities

All published shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. External factors such as carrier delays, weather events, or logistical constraints can affect delivery dates.

If you choose to cancel an order due to shipping delays after the product has shipped, you may be responsible for return freight, restocking fees, and any associated charges.

Disputes or chargebacks based solely on shipping delays may be treated as misuse and could be addressed through appropriate legal or collections processes if necessary.

How to Prepare for Delivery

Please inspect all packaging carefully upon delivery. If you notice visible damage to boxes, crates, or wrapping, note it clearly on the delivery receipt before signing and, when possible, take photos.

Report any visible damage within 24 hours by emailing photos and a description of the issue to  contact@autoliftsdepot.com . Failure to report damages promptly may limit our ability to assist with claims or replacements.

Damaged Items

If you discover damage after delivery, please notify us within five (5) business days. Claims submitted outside this window may not qualify for refunds, replacements, or discounts.

Depending on the situation, we may offer replacement parts, a replacement unit, a partial refund, or a discount. Do not use or install damaged products if you wish to pursue these options.

Keep all original packaging and materials for inspection, and respond to any proposed resolutions within three (3) business days so we can assist you efficiently.

Missing Items

If any items are missing from your shipment, note it on the delivery receipt when possible and contact us within five (5) business days with your order number and details.

Once we verify the shortage, we will arrange to send the missing items at no additional product cost. Claims submitted outside the stated timeframe may be declined.

AutoLiftsDepot is not responsible for project delays, labor costs, or other indirect expenses resulting from missing items or shipping-related issues.

Stolen Packages (Parcel Deliveries)

For standard parcel deliveries (such as ground or postal services), orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier are considered complete. AutoLiftsDepot is not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery.

If you believe your package was stolen, please file a claim directly with the carrier and consider contacting local authorities if necessary.
