At Auto Lifts Depot, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly, affordably, and safely as possible. Below you'll find detailed information regarding our shipping methods, timeframes, and procedures.


Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email provided at checkout.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

We ship using our trusted logistics partner: Nilda Shipping. Tracking details will be provided once your order is dispatched.


Delivery Locations

We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international addresses at this time. We're continually expanding our shipping capabilities. For updates on new delivery locations, please check back regularly or contact our customer service team.


Failed Deliveries & Re-Delivery

Customers are responsible for being available during delivery. If the shipping carrier is unable to deliver due to lack of unloading equipment or customer absence, re-delivery charges may apply.

Tips to ensure successful delivery:

  • Provide accurate delivery address and contact information
  • Ensure someone is available to receive larger shipments
  • Prepare appropriate unloading equipment if required
  • Check your tracking information regularly for delivery updates

Freight Shipments & Unloading

Larger items such as car lifts are shipped via freight. Customers must ensure that they have appropriate unloading capabilities (e.g., forklift or loading dock). If unavailable, please request liftgate service at the time of order—additional charges may apply.

Important: Freight carriers will typically call 24-48 hours in advance to schedule delivery. Please ensure your contact information is correct and up-to-date.

For freight deliveries, please note:

  • The driver is not responsible for moving items beyond the tailgate of the truck
  • Have help available for moving heavy items into your garage or workspace
  • Inspect all packages before signing for delivery
  • Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing
