Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Good to Know

The return window begins on the day your order is delivered, not the date of purchase. Keep track of your delivery date to ensure you return items within the eligible timeframe.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Always use a trackable shipping method and keep your proof of return shipment until your refund is processed.

Package Your Return

Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all components and accessories.

Ship Your Return

Send the item back using a trackable shipping method to the address provided in your return authorization.

Return Inspection

Once received, we'll inspect the item to ensure it meets our return conditions.

Refund Processing

After approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
  • Items must be returned in sellable condition with all original parts and accessories.
  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Product documentation, manuals, and warranty cards must be included.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or installed equipment
  • Special order or custom items
  • Clearance or final sale products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Products with missing parts or accessories
  • Items damaged due to improper use or handling

Please note that any item that shows signs of installation or use will not be eligible for return. We recommend carefully inspecting equipment before installation.


Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Restocking fees may apply for certain large equipment or freight items.

Refund Timeline

Depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

Refund Includes:

  • Original purchase price of the item
  • Any applicable taxes on the purchase

Refund Does Not Include:

  • Original shipping charges
  • Return shipping costs
  • Restocking fees (if applicable)
  • Installation or service fees

Restocking Fees:

A restocking fee of 15-25% may apply to larger equipment or freight items. The specific fee will be communicated during the return authorization process.
