When will my order ship? 
Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days after processing. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as it's on the way.


How long does shipping take?
We offer free shipping within 7–21 business days and a flat-rate express option that delivers within 5–11 business days, all via Nilda Shipping.


What if my product arrives damaged? 
Please inspect your shipment upon delivery. If damage is found, do not sign the delivery receipt. Take photos and contact us immediately at support@autoliftsdepot.com.


What payment methods do you accept? 
We accept all major credit/debit cards and secure PayPal checkout. Split payment options may also be available depending on the platform you're using.


What is your return policy?

Our warehouse is located at 11327 E. Montgomery, Spokane Valley, WA 99206, USA. Please note that we currently ship nationwide, but we do not offer local pickups.
